Our wonderful kids dental practice is looking for a kids dental receptionist to join our fun, awesome team!

We are a well-established pediatric dental practice that has been happily serving our community for more than 40 years!

We are looking for a new teammate with strong organizational and communication skills to help us take care of our little patients. If you enjoy interacting with kids and families, we are 100% certain that you’ll find our office to be not only fun but also professionally fulfilling!

Previous dental receptionist experience is preferred but not at required at all. We value humility and a motivated learning attitude over experience!

Looking for:

Strong communication and organization skills with patients, parents, and co-workers
Warm, friendly attitude in person and over the phone
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and work emails
Kind heart that wants to provide excellent patient care
Proactive go-getter who has initiative to figure things out and loves working with kids
Reliable, dependable, hard-working teammate
Motivated learner
Relevant previous experiences:
- Knowledge of pediatric dentistry procedures, dental anatomy, and terminology
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations, medical documentation, records, coding
- Previous work in Pediatric dentistry and Open Dental software

Duties include, but not limited to:

Warmly greeting families as they enter and leave the office
Scheduling, canceling, reminding about dental appointments via phone and text
Gathering insurance and health information
Submitting, processing, and reviewing dental insurance claims
