Are you seeking a receptionist position that is challenging, yet fulfilling? We are team-oriented general dental practice in Rochester, NH looking to add to our Front Desk Administrative Support Personnel team with a full-time dental receptionist.

Our ideal candidate will have strong computer, phone, scheduling and customer service skills, as well as, have a passion to excel in a busy, challenging position. This is a full-time Monday-Friday receptionist position and dental customer service experience is preferred. This position will require someone who can multi-task, is detail oriented and very organized, and has vast computer expertise as we all patient information is electronic records.

Responsibilities will include greeting our patients and opening our office on a daily basis; therefore, reliability and dependability is imperative. Other duties will include scheduling appointments, answering phones, collecting co-pays, insurance verification, and backing up co-workers as needed and cross training at other administrative workstations. Dentrix experience is a plus. Scheduled hours are MWF 7:45-4:15 and TT 7:45-5:15.
