Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in various office technologies.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage the front desk operations, including answering phone calls and directing inquiries appropriately.
Perform clerical duties such as collecting payments, and end of day responsibilities.
Utilize Eaglesoft dental software.
Operate phone systems efficiently to handle incoming calls and messages.
Assist with office tasks as needed, ensuring a smooth workflow within the organization.
Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar clerical role is preferred.
Strong computer literacy if preferred.
Excellent time management skills to coordinate appointments effectively.
Familiarity with dental office procedures is a plus but not required.
Exceptional proofreading skills to ensure all communications are clear and error-free.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
