A note on this opportunity:
This position has become available due to the relocation of our amazing Treatment Coordinator, who is moving with their spouse for a military assignment. While we’re sad to see them go, we’re incredibly grateful for their contributions and wish them the very best in their next chapter. We’re now excited to welcome a new team member who will bring their own energy and heart to the role.

A little about the role:

As our Treatment Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for helping patients understand their care and feel confident moving forward. You’ll be there to answer questions, break down insurance and payment options in a friendly and reassuring way, and make the entire experience smooth and stress-free.

You’ll also be a key part of keeping our schedule productive and supporting the front office team when needed. We work together, help each other out, and genuinely enjoy being here — and we hope you will, too.

What we’re looking for:

At least 2 years of dental experience - Required
Someone who’s confident talking about treatment plans and finances
Experience with Dentrix- Required
Organized, dependable, and a natural problem-solver
A kind communicator — with both patients and teammates
Someone who brings a positive, can-do attitude to every day

Hours:

We’re open Monday–Thursday, and most days wrap up by 3pm (yes, really!)
