Part-Time Orthodontist Associate Opportunity
Deptford, New Jersey | Tuesdays or Tuesdays and Fridays| $1,500–$2000+ Per Day

At My Orthodontist, we believe that great orthodontics begins with great people. We are an orthodontist-owned and orthodontist-led group practice with multiple locations throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania, dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care while creating an outstanding work environment for our doctors and team members.

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Orthodontist Associate to join our growing team in Deptford, NJ, one day per week on Tuesdays.

Why Join My Orthodontist?
Our philosophy is simple: provide outstanding orthodontic care, support our doctors, and build long-term relationships with our team members.

Unlike many corporate organizations, our practice is owned and operated by orthodontists who understand the challenges and rewards of clinical practice. Our doctors are empowered to focus on what they do best—diagnosis, treatment planning, patient care, and clinical leadership—while our experienced support team handles the operational details.

We have invested heavily in creating an environment where doctors can thrive:

Fully trained and licensed orthodontic assistants
Modern digital technology and state-of-the-art facilities
Strong administrative and treatment coordinator support
Established patient flow and referral networks
Collaborative team culture
Clinical autonomy and professional respect
Efficient scheduling designed to maximize productivity without sacrificing quality
Our Culture
At My Orthodontist, we are committed to building careers, not simply filling schedules.

Many of our associates have remained with us for years because we work hard to create a positive, supportive, and enjoyable environment. We value teamwork, professionalism, accountability, kindness, and a patient-first mindset.

We are looking for an orthodontist who wants to become part of a team, develop relationships with patients and staff, and contribute to the continued growth of the practice. We believe the best outcomes occur when doctors, assistants, treatment coordinators, and office teams work together toward a common goal.
