We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires proficiency in medical terminology, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
Manage incoming calls on a multi-line phone system, addressing inquiries and directing calls appropriately.
Schedule patient appointments and maintain an organized calendar using Dentrix and Weave softwares.
Perform insurance verification and assist with medical billing processes, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to manage care plans and patient services effectively.
Handle patient intake processes and ensure all necessary information is collected accurately.
Uphold confidentiality standards in accordance with health information management practices.

Experience

Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar front desk role is preferred.
Familiarity with Dentrix is a must.
Bilingual Russian and English is a must.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in typing and using multi-line phone systems are required.
Experience in a dental or medical office setting is highly desirable, along with customer service skills that demonstrate professionalism and empathy. Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
