Now we’re looking for an experienced Dental Front Desk Coordinator to join our Washington, DC team and be the first smile patients see.

Position Overview

Are you an EXPERIENCED Dental Front Desk Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment? Do you have the confidence, organization, and warmth to make patients feel at ease while keeping a busy schedule on track? If so, we’d love to meet you!

This is not just a desk job—it’s a central role in making our patients’ experience smooth, professional, and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome every patient with warmth and professionalism
Master appointment scheduling and keep our daily flow running smoothly
Answer calls and patient inquiries with a helpful, friendly attitude
Manage patient records and scheduling through Dentrix
Coordinate patient check-ins and check-outs
Keep the front desk organized, efficient, and full of positive energy

Experience & Qualifications

Dental office front desk experience REQUIRED
Proficiency in dental terminology and scheduling duties is a must
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to make people feel comfortable
Detail-oriented, reliable, and a true team player
Passionate about customer service and creating outstanding patient experiences
