Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and parents, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. We have 3 locations so you will be required to travel between offices.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the front desk.
Answer phone calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Help with appointment scheduling.
Help with verifying insurance benefits.
Assist with general office duties as needed, ensuring a smooth operation of daily activities.

Experience

Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment is essential.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Professional and Dependable.
Dentrix (preferred).

Office hours are: Monday-Thursday 7:45am -5pm and Friday from 7:45-12pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
