Qualifications and responsibilities

Establishes and maintains effective relationships with patients, families and referring providers with the goal of gaining their trust and respect.
Ensure a positive patient encounter by educating on treatment plans and dental insurances.
Aids in scheduling, confirming, and maintaining patient communication.
Financial management- collecting co-payments, verifying coverage, posting payments, balancing deposits.
Working knowledge of dental practice operations, practice support systems (Dentrix), and compliance with HIPAA/OSHA guidelines.
Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
