Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, performing dental cleanings, and assisting in the overall management of patient oral health. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining patient comfort and safety.

Duties

Conduct thorough dental cleanings and assessments for patients of all ages.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
Assist in the management of patient care, including scheduling appointments and follow-ups.
Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive care in general dentistry and pediatrics.
Stay updated on dental terminology and advancements in the field to enhance patient care.

Skills

Proficient in medical records management and documentation practices.
Knowledgeable in general dentistry procedures and pediatric dental care.
Familiarity with dental terminology and vital signs assessment.
Strong understanding of aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.
Ability to perform thorough patient assessments and communicate findings effectively.
Experience with Eaglesoft or similar dental software is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and provide exceptional care.

Pay: $47.00 - $50.00 per hour
