We’re looking for a capable, personable, energetic, and organized leader to manage our dental practice and own insurance billing. This is a key position for a focused, succesful person someone who wants to make a real impact in patient experience, improve systems, and lead a team with a strong patient-first mindset.

What you’ll do:

Oversee daily front desk operations to keep patient flow smooth and professional
Coach and support front desk staff; set clear service and performance standards
Own in-practice scheduling, confirmations, and communication to reduce gaps and improve efficiency
Oversee insurance verification and billing workflows to ensure accuracy and follow-through
Handle patient questions and issues with professionalism and strong service recovery
Coordinate with the clinical team to keep the day running smoothly
Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming front office and enforce office procedures

Requirements / Skills:

At least 3-5 years dental practice management experience
Strong knowledge and practical experience in insurance/billing workflows and scheduling strategy
Professionalism regarding patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
Highly organized with exceptional follow-through - nothing falls through the cracks.
Open to change and continuously striving to improve.
Goal-oriented.
Quick-thinker and problem solver with a can-do attitude
Comfortable with Dental softwares and ability to improve systems
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership hard and soft skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
