Job Overview
We are a dentist owned Periodontal office located in Zionsville, IN. We are looking for a full time dental hygienist to expand our office. Our office hours are 8-5 Mon, Tues, Wed, and Fri.

Duties

Conduct thorough dental cleanings and examinations, including scaling and polishing teeth.
Apply fluoride treatments and sealants as needed to protect against decay.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
Maintain accurate patient records and document treatment plans in compliance with medical documentation standards.
Assist in the management of infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for both patients and staff.
Collaborate with dentists to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Perform radiographic imaging as required, ensuring proper technique and safety measures are followed.
Provide support in pediatric dentistry, ensuring a comfortable experience for younger patients.

Requirements

Valid state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist.
Strong knowledge of infection control procedures and general dentistry practices.
Ability to perform dental imaging tasks effectively.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly with patients and team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42.00 - $47.75 per hour

Expected hours: 29 – 31 per week
