Dental Administrative Assistant
Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Saturday

About Us:
We are a fast-paced, patient-centered dental practice looking for a dependable and experienced Dental Administrative Assistant to join our front office team. We need someone who is professional, organized, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.

Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have prior dental administrative experience, be comfortable working in a busy practice, and be highly detail-oriented. Knowledge of Dentrix Ascend is a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage provider schedules
Verify insurance benefits and obtain pre-authorizations
Collect payments and explain treatment plans
Maintain accurate patient records and update information
Assist with reactivation lists, confirmations, and daily office flow
Support both clinical and administrative teams as needed

Requirements:

Previous dental front office experience required
Knowledge of Dentrix Ascend preferred (or ability to learn quickly)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently
Reliable, punctual, and able to work Monday through Saturday
Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player
