We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and will help ensure smooth daily operations at the front desk. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced dental office environment. Must be available Mondays and Wednesdays.

Responsibilities:

Greet patients and provide a welcoming, professional experience
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Verify dental insurance coverage and eligibility
Collect patient copayments and outstanding balances
Accurately enter and process Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)
Maintain and update patient records in the practice management system
Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
Coordinate with dental assistants and hygienists to manage the daily schedule
Handle patient check-in and check-out
Ensure patient information and insurance details are entered correctly

Qualifications:

Previous DENTAL front desk experience preferred
Familiarity with dental insurance verification and EOB processing
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Basic computer proficiency and experience with dental software is a plus
Ability to work well in a team environment
