We are looking for a dental front office receptionist to join our great team. This person is the first person patients see when entering the practice. As such we are looking for someone who is warm, caring and upbeat for this role. Our office prides itself on providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

A successful candidate will have ability to work independently, multi-task and remain calm and professional in a high paced work environment. Previous experience working with Eaglesoft Dental software is highly preferred. Minimum one-year dental front office or dental assisting experience is also preferred.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Answering phones and responding to patient correspondence
Gathering dental insurance information and medical history
Presenting treatment plans and making financial arrangements
Keeping dental recare schedule optimized
Auditing patient accounts to calculate patient and insurance balances
