About the Role
We’re searching for a motivated Office Manager to guide our dental team and create a seamless, patient-first experience. In this leadership role, you’ll oversee daily operations, support staff, and partner with doctors to deliver excellent care. Our centralized team manages billing, payroll, and insurance — allowing you to focus on leadership and growth.

Your Impact

Coach, develop, and lead a high-performing dental team
Oversee scheduling, patient flow, and treatment coordination
Collaborate with providers to optimize patient care
Monitor office performance and implement growth strategies

What You’ll Bring

At least 1 year of dental office experience (leadership a plus)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
