Key responsibilities include:

Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
Manage scheduling, patient flow, and front desk operations
Handle billing, insurance verification, claims submission, and collections
Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and dental regulatory requirements
Serve as a patient liaison, addressing concerns with professionalism and care

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a dental setting required
Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and practice management software
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work independently
Professional, friendly demeanor with a strong focus on patient service
