WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

This is a full-time position with set hours: Mondays & Wednesdays from 7:30 AM–4:30 PM and Tuesdays & Thursdays from 8:30 AM–5:30 PM.

As a Front Office - Dental Treatment and Finance Coordinator, you will help patients understand their treatment plans and financial options while ensuring the office runs smoothly. Your day will include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and reviewing treatment plans in a way that builds trust and comfort. You will also handle insurance tasks, including eligibility checks, pre-authorizations, and billing for PPO plans, as well as present financing options like Care Credit and Lending Club. You will follow up on pending treatment plans, track progress, and keep the doctor or manager updated throughout the day.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A FRONT OFFICE - DENTAL TREATMENT AND FINANCE COORDINATOR

5+ years of experience in the dental field
Knowledge of dental insurance processes and PPO plans
Experience with treatment plans and financial coordination
Professional phone and communication skills
Ability to schedule patients and follow up on pending treatment plans
Computer literacy and familiarity with software programs
