Brilliant & Rothenberg Orthodontics is an orthodontic office in Aventura. We are highly professional and help our patients achieve their most beautiful smiles.

We are looking for a highly enthusiastic, cheerful, disciplined and organized person who wants to grow in the orthodontic administration field.

Clerical duties include but are not limited to: greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, writing correspondence, and collecting payments.

Schedule:

Monday through Thursday 8:00 – 6:00 and Friday 8:00 – 1:30

Ability to commute/relocate:

Aventura, 33180: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

· Dental/Orthodontic clerical experience not necessary, excellent customer service skills, punctuality, proficiency with computer use, and a positive attitude, and cheerful presence are a must.

Language:

English (Required) – Spanish (beneficial)
