Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews, comprehensive oral examinations, and considerations for airway, orthodontics, and cosmetics.
Perform a wide range of procedures, including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, orthodontics, and oral surgery.
Execute dental extractions and root canal therapy with precision and care.
Utilize advanced equipment such as Primescan, milling units, 3D printing, Fotona lasers, Axeos cone beam, and more.
Employ four-handed dentistry techniques for enhanced efficiency.
Maintain accurate dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Implement strict infection control protocols and aseptic techniques for patient safety.
Collaborate with our experienced dental hygienists and assistants to deliver optimal care.
Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventive strategies.
Stay current with dental advancements and master software like Dexis, Dentrix, and Sidexis; willingness to learn Cerec/Primescan, cone beam imaging, Fotona lasers, airway therapies, and implant placement.

Qualifications:

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited institution.
Valid Indiana dental license.
Several years of experience with confidence in diverse dental procedures.
Preferred experience in pediatric dentistry.
Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and medical terminology.
Familiarity with cone beam imaging techniques and interpretation.
Prior dental office or clinic experience highly desirable.
Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients of all ages.
Goal-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and growth.
Desire to partner or own a practice in the future.
