Scheduling and Treatment Coordinator

Eagleview Dental is seeking a positive, motivated and detail-oriented Scheduling and Treatment Coordinator to join our elite team! Our brand new, state of the art clinic is a fast-paced, high-energy, professional work environment where our focus is combining the best treatment for our patients with an outstanding customer experience. The right candidate will have excellent communication skills and love insurance or be open to learning!

Our ideal candidate is

Friendly and professional while greeting patients and visitors
Detail-oriented

Can comfortably check patients in and out while collecting and entering any necessary information
Verify patient information and ensure completion of required paperwork
Go through treatment plans with patients, while understanding insurance and cost breakdown
Monitor and maintain doctor and hygiene schedules
Schedule patient appointments in person and over the phone
Foster a positive work and patient environment while providing excellent patient service
Familiar with Dentrix

This is a full-time position at about 35 hours per week. Competitive hourly compensation will be offered based on experience. Additional benefits include paid vacation and holidays, dental benefits, 401k plan with employer contribution, profit sharing, CE course and CPR reimbursement and uniforms.
