Job Summary

The Dental Practice Manager is responsible for the overall management and daily operations of the dental practice. This role ensures efficient workflows, high-quality patient care, strong team performance, and financial success. The Practice Manager serves as a key leader, supporting clinical staff while overseeing administrative, operational, and business functions.

Key Responsibilities Practice Operations

Oversee day-to-day operations of the dental practice to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
Develop, implement, and maintain office policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, infection control, and other regulatory requirements
Coordinate facility maintenance, equipment servicing, and supply management

Patient Experience

Ensure exceptional patient service and satisfaction
Address patient concerns, complaints, and feedback professionally
Oversee scheduling efficiency to optimize patient flow and chair utilization

Qualifications & Skills Required Qualifications

Proven experience in dental practice management or healthcare office management
Strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and practice management software
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively

Experience with dental software (e.g., Dentrix)
