Foundations Family Dentistry is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Office Receptionist to join our growing dental team. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, and passionate about creating a warm, welcoming experience for every patient.

This position plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring efficient front office operations.

Key Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and check them in/out efficiently
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails professionally
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Verify insurance benefits and assist with patient billing questions
Collect payments and process transactions accurately
Maintain accurate patient records in dental software
Coordinate with clinical team to ensure smooth daily flow
Present treatment plans and financial options when needed
Manage recall system and patient follow-ups
Keep front office organized and professional in appearance

Qualifications

Previous dental or medical front office experience preferred
Knowledge of dental insurance and billing processes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with computer skills
Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
High school diploma or equivalent required
