What You’ll Do

Greet and welcome patients with warmth and professionalism

Prepare patients for exams and procedures, ensuring comfort throughout

Set up instruments, equipment, and materials for treatment

Maintain strict sterilization protocols and oversee sterilization systems

Assist the dentist with 4-handed dentistry techniques

Manage dental supply inventory and place orders as needed

Perform lab tasks as directed

Deliver oral hygiene instructions and post-op care guidance/follow up calls

Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and fully stocked

Support front desk operations when needed (scheduling, calls, records, etc.)

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Communicate with labs, patients, and other dental offices as needed

What You Bring

Proven experience as a Dental Assistant

Radiology license (required)

Strong knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization procedures

Familiarity with health and safety regulations

Proficiency in dental software (Dentrix preferred)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

High attention to detail and reliability

EFDA certification or additional training is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 36 per week
