Position: Dental Front Office Administration
Location: Grand Dental Center – Grand Rapids, MN
Status: Full-time (Monday–Thursday 8AM-5PM with occasional half-days on Friday)

As we grow, we’re excited to add a Front Office Administrator who brings warmth, energy, and excellent communication to the front lines of our patient experience.

What You’ll Do

●You will be the first point of contact and greet patients as they enter our office

● Manage check-in, check-out, and daily patient flow

● Handle phone calls, schedule appointments, and coordinate follow-up visits

● Verify insurance, explain benefits, collect payments, and handle basic bookkeeping

● Support a positive patient experience from the first call to the final visit

● Communicate clearly with both patients and team members to ensure seamless coordination

● Juggle multiple priorities with grace and a can-do attitude

What We’re Looking For

● Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting STRONGLY preferred

● Strong communication skills—clear, friendly, and professional with patients and team members

● Organized and detail-oriented—able to manage scheduling, insurance details, and patient records with accuracy

● Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment without losing focus or composure

● Team-minded—works well with others, jumps in to help, and contributes to a positive work culture

● Dependable and proactive—shows up, follows through, and takes initiative to keep things running smoothly
