Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Dental Receptionist/ insurance coordinator to join our team . In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a crucial role in managing appointments and providing outstanding patient service in our dental center.

Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and manage the front desk operations efficiently.
Schedule and confirm appointments while maintaining an organized calendar.
Assist patients with completing necessary forms and documentation.
Handle patient inquiries regarding services, insurance, and billing.
Utilize Dentrix software for patient records management and appointment scheduling.
Coordinate care plans with the dental team to ensure seamless patient experiences.
Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.

Requirements

Previous experience as a dental receptionist required , 2 years minimum .
Proficient in Dentrix
Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient care.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
