Dental Hygienist (RDH) — $65–$70/hr, Flexible Schedule, Patient-First Practice

Pay: $65.00–$70.00 per hour + team bonus | Full-time or Part-time | New grads welcome

Tired of being rushed through patients in a high-volume mill? We're a patient-first practice where comfort comes before quotas — and where your schedule works around your life, not the other way around. We take pride in delivering 5-star care, and we're looking for a compassionate, reliable hygienist to grow with our team.

Why Hygienists Love It Here

Top-of-market pay: $65–$70/hr based on experience, plus a team bonus system that rewards everyone when the practice wins.
You build your schedule: Work every day we're open or just a couple. We're open Tuesday–Friday, with a couple of Saturdays a month — you choose what fits your life.
Real clinical support: You'll work alongside another hygienist and have a dedicated hygiene assistant — never running your column alone.
Modern, fully digital office: Digital X-rays, intraoral cameras, iTero and 3Shape Trios 3D scanners, and Dentrix — so you can focus on patient care, not workarounds.
A long-term home: This is a stable, long-term position on a close-knit team that genuinely enjoys the work.

What You'll Do

Provide thorough, compassionate hygiene care without being rushed.
Educate patients on oral health and preventive care.
Deliver the comfort-first experience that keeps patients coming back.
Work as part of a supportive team that has your back.

Benefits

Paid time off, paid holidays, and sick leave.
Dental benefits and employee discount.
Team bonus system.
Mentorship and room to grow — ideal for new grads and seasoned pros alike.

Who You Are

Registered Dental Hygienist (new graduates welcome and encouraged to apply).
Caring, friendly, and patient-first by nature.
Strong ethics and a genuine desire to keep learning.
Someone who works hard, has fun doing it, and loves to smile.
