Dental Office Manager – Full Time

Location: Irving, TX

Office Hour: Mon to Friday (8AM-5 PM)

We are a privately owned, relation based and growing dental office seeking an experienced and reliable Dental Office Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a deep understanding of front office operations, billing, insurance, and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage front office operations with professionalism and efficiency
Verify insurance benefits and handle billing with attention to detail
Present treatment plans to patients clearly and compassionately
Ensure smooth patient flow and a positive office environment
Meet the monthly and annual production goal and make effort to achieve the goal.

Ideal Candidate:

Minimum of 1 or 2 years of experience in managing a private dental office setting or minimum of 3 years of experience as a Main Front Desk.
Strong knowledge of dental billing, insurance verification, and collections
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Punctual and highly organized
Experience with dental software (OpenDental) preferred
