Job Title: Dental Hygienist

Location: JRO Family Dentistry, Portland, OR

Job Type: Full Time

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7 AM - 5 PM

Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience and benefits

About Us:

At JRO Family Dentistry, we are committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered dental

care in a friendly and professional environment. We are looking for a licensed and motivated

Dental Hygienist to join our team and help us continue delivering exceptional care to our

patients. We currently have over 400 five-star reviews on Google and a small, friendly office dog

named Bennie who is with us at work most days.

Responsibilities:

● Perform dental cleanings and preventive care

● Take and develop digital dental radiographs and images

● Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care

● Apply sealants and fluoride treatments

● Document patient care and treatment plans accurately

● Collaborate with dentists and team members to ensure high-quality patient experiences

● Maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols

Qualifications:

● Current Dental Hygienist license for the State of Oregon

● Current CPR/BLS certification

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills

● Detail-oriented and organized

● Experience with Eaglesoft is a plus, but not required.

Benefits:

● Competitive hourly wage starting at $55-$65 an hour.

● Paid time off and holidays begin at 2 weeks a year, with the opportunity to earn up to 6

weeks a year.
