Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a team player who is motivated, organized, pays attention to detail, and genuinely likes people.

Ideally, you would have experience in the dental/medical field or have recently graduated from a dental assisting program. We also welcome applicants who have no experience but are interested in pursuing a future career in the dental or orthodontic field.

We are not able to sponsor work visas for this position.

The Position

We are looking for an entry-level technician who values teamwork and maintaining a safe work environment for our team and patients. This position will include lab work such as fabricating retainers, preparing Invisalign trays for delivery, and coordinating appliances with outside labs. This role may also include instrument sterilization and working chairside with patients, such as taking records (photos, x-ray and digital/itero scan).

This position is Monday - Thursday at about 34 hours weekly. We start our day at 7:30 AM and see patients until 5:00 PM, with a lunch break between 1-2 PM.

A letter or recommendation for future dental school applications would be provided, if desired!

Salary and Benefits

We are hiring for this role at $20 - $22 per hour, with room for growth. Benefits include a monthly health care stipend of $300, paid holidays, paid time off, paid continuation education, scrubs, and yearly Christmas bonus. We offer a 401(k) benefit after one year of employment with a matching/contribution of 3%.
