Position Purpose:

We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and team-oriented individual to join our Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery practice. The candidate needs to be professional, detail-oriented, excellent people skills, and passionate about patient care.

Principal Responsibilities:

Provide chairside assistance during oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures
Prepare patients for treatment and deliver clear pre- and post-operative education
Panoramic and 3D x-rays
Document treatment in practice management software
Assist with surgical extractions, implants, biopsies, sinus lifts, and anesthesia administration and monitoring
Maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to ensure a positive patient experience
Support overall clinical workflow to ensure efficient, high-quality care

Qualifications:

Oral surgery, dental assisting experience and/or completion of a dental assisting program preferred
Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
Strong communication skills, caring and compassionate

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
