We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Part-Time Dental Laboratory Technician to join our growing, high-quality dental practice. If you take pride in precision, aesthetics, and efficient workflow, we’d love to meet you.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with digital workflows, implant cases, and high-end restorative materials. You will collaborate closely with our dentists to ensure consistent excellence in all lab-produced prosthetics.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain ZirconZahn milling units
Manage 3D printing workflows for models and provisional restorations (Rodin preferred)
Design, finish, stain, and glaze zirconia and e.max crowns
Assist with implant restorations, including custom abutment prep, emergence profile, and case planning
Perform quality checks for accuracy, margin integrity, contacts, and esthetics
Support chairside shade matching as needed
Maintain organized digital and physical lab workflows

Qualifications

Prior experience as a dental lab technician (preferred 2+ years)
Strong understanding of CAD/CAM workflows
Proficient with:
ZirconZahn milling system
3D printing for models & temps (Rodin resin experience ideal)
Staining & glazing zirconia and e.max
Knowledge of implant systems and components
High attention to detail, strong esthetic sensitivity
Reliable, efficient, and able to work independently

Schedule

Part-time position
