Position Overview:
We’re looking for a seasoned Dental Treatment Coordinator with strong experience in guiding patients through care decisions and helping them move forward confidently with treatment. This is a key patient-facing role where communication, empathy, and dental knowledge are essential. The right candidate will be comfortable discussing care plans, answering financial questions, and helping patients feel supported every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

Present treatment plans clearly, compassionately, and confidently
Build rapport and trust with patients while reviewing care options
Follow up with patients as needed to support treatment completion
Collaborate with the doctor and clinical team to ensure smooth patient experiences
Understand financial and insurance basics to help patients navigate options
Track treatment progress, follow-ups, and case status

What We’re Looking For:

3–5+ years of experience as a treatment coordinator or in a similar dental role
Strong understanding of dental procedures (implants, clear aligners, cosmetic dentistry)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional, kind, and highly organized
Comfortable discussing care and financial details in a clear, supportive way
Bilingual a plus (not required)
