Your Role as a Dental Hygienist

As part of our hygiene team, you will contribute directly to the health and well-being of our patients by delivering thorough, personalized care in a friendly and professional setting.

Responsibilities include:

Providing comprehensive dental cleanings and assessments for patients of all ages
Reviewing and documenting patient medical and dental histories with accuracy
Contributing to individualized patient care plans in collaboration with our dentists
Educating patients about oral hygiene, preventive care, and the benefits of regular dental visits
Maintaining detailed HIPAA-compliant records and clinical documentation
Working closely with the full dental team to ensure seamless high-quality patient care
Staying informed about advancements in dental hygiene and techniques to continually improve patient outcomes

What We’re Looking For

A skilled clinician with strong assessment and communication skills
Experience with dental terminology and a solid understanding of hygiene protocols
Familiarity with dental assisting procedures and cross-functional teamwork
A warm patient-first approach with a commitment to comfort and safety
Meticulous attention to documentation and confidentiality including adherence to HIPAA standards
