Mansfield Family Dental– General Dentist | Mansfield, OH | Full Time

Mentorship | Partnership Opportunity | Thriving Patient Base

When we think about Mansfield Family Dental, we think about the relationships we've built over the decades. For generations, families throughout Mansfield and the surrounding communities have trusted us with their smiles, and that's a responsibility we never take lightly.

As our practice continues to grow, we're excited to welcome an Associate Dentist who wants to become part of that legacy. We're looking for a doctor who wants to build a long-term career, serve a close-knit community, continue developing their clinical skills, and play an important role in the future of our practice.

Our office has earned a reputation for providing honest, high-quality dentistry with a patient-first approach. We've built a loyal patient base that values relationships, and we're ready to expand by adding another exceptional doctor who shares those same values.

If you enjoy staying busy, working alongside an experienced and supportive team, and practicing dentistry with the autonomy to do what's right for your patients, we'd love to meet you. We believe great dentistry starts with great people, and we're excited about finding someone who wants to grow with us for years to come.

What You Can Expect

Established, loyal patient base with strong new patient flow so you can stay productive from day one
Competitive compensation with outstanding earning potential
Direct mentorship from Dr. Tom and Dr. Dave, with the freedom to develop your own clinical style and confidence

Builds lasting relationships with patients and teammates
Values integrity, teamwork, and excellent patient care
Is excited about becoming part of a practice—not just working in one

We've spent years building the reputation of Mansfield Family Dental, and we're excited to invest in someone who wants to help carry that legacy forward. If you're looking for a practice where you'll be mentored, challenged, supported, and rewarded for your hard work, we'd love to talk.

We hope you'll consider building your future with us.

Guaranteed Income While You Build: Starting a new practice or joining a growing patient base shouldn’t mean taking a financial risk. This gives you the financial stability you need while you get established and build your patient base.
Unlimited Earning Potential: Once your practice is established, your income isn’t capped by a fixed daily rate. You have the opportunity to earn 32–35% of your personal collections, putting your earning potential directly in your hands. The more you grow your practice, the more you can earn.
