Position Overview:

Maple Glen is a privately owned dental practice that is growing rapidly and looking for a qualified candidate with 2 years or more experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a leadership position at the front desk. You will be the go-to person for both patients and team members—handling treatment coordination, insurance processes, and navigating challenging situations with confidence and professionalism for both patients and staff. We have an office Administrator to handle all billing, payroll, and hiring. This is a part time job with full time benefits! Even with less hours you receive all of the benefits!

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage front desk operations to ensure a smooth daily workflow
Present and explain treatment plans, costs, and timelines clearly to patients
Confidently handle dental insurance verification, pre-determinations, and claims follow-up
Utilize Open Dental software for scheduling, billing, and patient management
Act as the primary point of contact for patient concerns and difficult situations
Coordinate scheduling to maximize efficiency and provider productivity
Support team communication and maintain a positive office environment
Ensure accurate documentation and organized patient records
Taking time off requests from staff and managing staff time cards.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a dental front desk or treatment coordinator role
Strong proficiency with Open Dental software preferred
High confidence in dental insurance, including pre-determinations
Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Professional, positive energy, reliable, and team-oriented

Schedule:

Monday–Wednesday: 7:30am- 5 pm
Thursdays: 8:00 AM – 12 PM twice a month.
Every weekend is a long weekend!
