Current Opportunity: CAM Technician

Position Overview:

As a CAM Technician, you'll be responsible for working within the CAM department, ensuring all cases meet quality standards and flow through the department according to established workflow processes. This role requires a strong technical background, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with CNC and 3D printing technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain CNC machinery and 3D printers, ensuring adherence to production standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues with CNC machinery and 3D printers.
Meet production standards set by Maverick Dental Laboratories, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Maintain accurate documentation of work processes.
Communicate effectively with team members and managers to ensure smooth workflow.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Skills:

High computer proficiency.
Ability to operate 3D printers and use related software.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining CNC machinery.
Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Ability to lift over 45 pounds and perform repetitive movements such as reaching, twisting, and bending.

Education & Experience:

Required: High School diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: Technical degree in CAM, CNC, or 3D Printing.
Required: Previous general work experience.
Preferred: Experience with CAM, CNC, and 3D printing technology.
