Join a thriving, high-tech practice committed to exceptional patient care and professional growth! McDonough Center for Family Dentistry is seeking a motivated General Dentist to join our supportive, multi-specialty team in McDonough, GA.

With at least one year of experience or completion of an AEGD/GPR program, you'll step into a role with clinical autonomy, hands-on mentorship, and all the tools needed to thrive.

About the Practice

PPO and self-pay only – no Medicaid or HMO
28 operatory practice with 2–3 chairs designated for the new doctor
Supported by 2 Dental Assistants, 1–2 Hygienists, and a Treatment Coordinator
On-site specialists include Endodontist, Oral Surgeon, and multiple general dentists
Office Hours: Mon–Thurs 8:00am–6:00pm, Fri 8:00am–4:00pm (early start at 7:00am optional)

Compensation

Base pay starting at $850/day
32–33% of net production

Educate patients regarding their comprehensive treatment options

Qualifications:

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active Georgia dental license (or eligibility to obtain)
Minimum 1 year of experience or completion of AEGD or GPR
