We’re hiring an Experienced Orthodontic Clinical Assistant to join our high-performing clinical team. This role is for an assistant who already operates at a strong clinical level and wants to work in an organized, progressive environment where skills are respected and systems actually work. This is not an entry-level position.

What You’ll Do:

Provide chairside support for braces, wire changes, adjustments, debonds, and aligner appointments
Work confidently within established orthodontic systems and workflows
Capture precise digital scans, intraoral photos, and clinical records
Deliver a polished, efficient patient experience with minimal oversight
Maintain high clinical, infection control, and organizational standards
Collaborate closely with orthodontists and clinical leadership

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum of 2 years of orthodontic assisting experience
Strong knowledge of orthodontic procedures and terminology
Proficiency with digital orthodontic technology and paperless charting
Excellent hand skills, attention to detail, and time management
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation clinical environment
Professional communication and a team-oriented mindset

This role requires proven orthodontic experience. Candidates without hands-on orthodontic assisting experience will not be considered.
