As an Administrative Coordinator, you’ll work in the hub of our practice—managing schedules for our doctors and hygienists, supporting our team, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You will work directly with our patients to achieve dental health. Your strong organization and clear communication will help ensure our patients find solutions to getting the dental care they desire and the team gets the support they need, when they need it.

This position entails:

· Scheduling appointments efficiently and accurately

· Answering phones and directing calls with professionalism and empathy

· Documenting all communication thoroughly and promptly

· Managing emails, including sending and receiving x-rays and other sensitive information

· Discussing treatment plans clearly and compassionately with patients

· Presenting financial paperwork, explaining costs and options for payments, collecting payments and nightly deposits

What We’re Looking For:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Experience in scheduling, office support, or administration (preferred)
A positive team player who communicates well and leads with heart
A commitment to service, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Computer experience
