Mount Vista Family Dental is an established, busy, and growing practice in the Salmon Creek area.

We are in search of a front desk coordinator that is enthusiastic, reliable team player to join us 4 days per week. Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday. Our perfect candidate would be self-motivated, team-player, and goal oriented individual to join our work family. Must be capable of multi-tasking quickly while maintaining professionalism.

Job Responsibilities Include:

· Checking in and out patients, answering phones, and routing calls as needed.

· Scanning documents into charts.

· Presenting treatment plans with the knowledge of patient’s dental insurance.

· Scheduling patients, preparing patient appointments, confirming appointments.

· Responding and sending e-mails to patients and specialty offices as needed.

· Working with insurance companies to verify patient’s coverage, waiting periods, running claims, and claim follow-up.

· Calculate and collect patient payments at the time of service.

· Maintaining a presentable reception area.

Job Requirements:

· Reliable, organized, and able to multitask.

· Experience with Dentrix and Dexis preferred.

· 1 Year dental office experience and general dental terminology.

· Dental insurance billing

· High school diploma or equivalent.

Job Type:

· Full time

· Monday – Thursday or Tuesday-Friday

· 7:30-5:30 Monday – Thursday, 7:30 – 4:30 Fridays
