Skills

Proven experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar office role.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction.
Proficient in data entry and file management systems.
Ability to manage calendars efficiently, coordinating multiple schedules seamlessly.
Strong proofreading abilities to maintain high standards of documentation.
