The Practice Lead serves as the business partner to the Endodontist and is responsible for leading operations within the practice. This is a full-time, hourly position with a schedule of Monday through Friday.

Highlights of Practice Lead Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the practice runs efficiently and adheres to industry standards and regulations
Greet and welcome patients - check-in/out
Schedule and manage patient appointments
Verify and process patients' dental insurance - review treatment plans and out-of-pocket fees with patients
Monitor and follow up on insurance claims and accounts receivable
Build strong relationships with referring dental practices and coordinate referrals/record transfers
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Monitor and order office supplies, paying attention to budgeting
Collaborate with clinical staff and doctor to ensure seamless patient care

Practice Lead Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Dental Practice Lead, Manager, or Dental Front Desk role
Proficiency with dental software and MS Office suite
Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and dental insurance/dental billing
Strong leadership skills with a high level of professionalism
Strong time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
