Northwest Community Health Care Center is a great place to work. We have a multidisciplinary team of individuals who are all committed to providing top quality healthcare to the underserved population.

Located in the heart of western Montana with beautiful mountain vistas, rivers and streams, and great communities, Lincoln County and the community of Libby are truly one of the “Last Best Places in Montana”. Libby is the county seat of Lincoln County with a population of approximately 20,000. Libby itself (including a four-mile radius around the city) has a population of approximately 12,000.

All kinds of outdoor activities abound here in our part of western Montana. We have big game hunting of deer, elk, sheep, bear, moose, and mountain lion; fishing on a myriad of mountain lakes, streams and on the Kootenai River; and year-round outdoor recreation for the avid or beginning recreationalists – including skiing, hiking and mountain biking. All of this with a backdrop of the Cabinet Mountains wilderness, which towers 9,000 feet from the valley floor.

We offer a competitive jobs package with good benefits, so check back regularly for available positions. If you see a position for which you’d like to apply, send a cover letter and resume to our Executive Director Maria Clemons by mail or email maria.clemons@northwestchc.org or call 406-283-6919
