You bring positive energy to every day and enjoy connecting with people.
You’re dependable, organized, and love keeping things running smoothly.
You’re confident with dental insurance and front office systems.
You have at least 5 years of dental front office experience.
Chairside assisting or dental hygiene experience is a must.
You thrive in a team environment and enjoy supporting both patients and colleagues.

What You’ll Do:

Greet patients and make every visit start and end with a smile.
Manage phones, scheduling in Dentrix and patient communication with ease
Handle insurance verification, submission, and billing support.
Collaborate with the clinical team to keep the day flowing smoothly.
Review treatment plan fees and present payment possibilities to patients
