Now Hiring: Full-Time or Part-Time General Dentist – Kent & Lakewood, WA

We are a small, family-style dental services group with two locations in Kent and Lakewood, Washington, seeking a dedicated General Dentist to join our growing team on either a full-time or part-time basis.

Dentistry is more than procedures—it’s about people. That’s why we handle the business side, so you can concentrate fully on your patients.

We understand that many dentists would rather focus on patient care than spend their time managing the complexities of running a business. That’s why we handle all the administrative responsibilities for you, including:

HR and staffing
Billing and collections
Marketing and scheduling
Insurance and credentialing
Payroll and compliance

Compensation is based on experience and the variety of dental procedures you are able to perform. The minimum pay is $700 for a full day of work, while the maximum is 34% of adjusted production or $1,000, whichever is greater.
