Key Responsibilities:

Manage patient scheduling, billing, and insurance coordination
Oversee payroll, bookkeeping, and office operations
Maintain accurate records using Quick Books Online and Dentrix
Support staff with day-to-day administrative needs
Ensure a smooth and friendly experience for every patient

Ideal Candidate:

Professional, organized, and great with people
Experienced in dental or medical office management (preferred)
Comfortable with QuickBooks and Dentrix but willing to train the right person
Able to multitask and problem-solve with a calm, can-do attitude

Details:

Full-time, 32-36 hours/week
Monday-Thursday schedule, occasional Fridays
