Excellent opportunity to work with our family-like team. We are a pediatric dental practice focused on customer service and creating a great dental experience for our patients and their parents. This is not a clinic-type atmosphere.

Seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented team player with exceptional customer service and communication skills who can take the initiative to promote the practice. Must have a strong work ethic.

Duties include providing administrative support including:

Greet and assist patients at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Manage patient scheduling, including appointments and follow-ups.
Handle patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service over the phone and in-person.
Support billing and collection processes, ensuring timely payments and accurate documentation.
Collaborate with dental staff to streamline office operations and enhance patient experience.

Responsibilities will also include learning basic dental assisting and instrument processing skills, including assisting in the operating at our local hospitals.

A cheerful disposition is required to answer phones, present treatment plans, schedule appointments, and perform all front office tasks. Dental experience preferred but not required. Professional demeanor and computer skills are a must. Dental practice management software proficiency is a plus. This is a full-time position with competitive wage and benefits.
