What You’ll Do

As a Dental Office Manager, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day operations to ensure exceptional patient experiences, efficient office flow, and strong team performance. You will directly oversee front and back office staff and collaborate with providers to drive quality assurance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support a diverse team of dental assistants and administrative staff
Oversee patient experience, conflict resolution, and service recovery
Coordinate treatment planning, documentation compliance, and provider schedule optimization
Monitor front desk operations, patient communication, and financial transactions
Ensure adherence to safety, OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols
Conduct chart audits and support accurate insurance verification and co-payment collection
Maintain accurate records of patient documentation (consents, medical releases, progress notes, etc.)
Help manage inventory and staff scheduling in accordance with labor law guidelines
Serve as liaison between clinical providers and administrative operations
Facilitate a culture of mentorship, accountability, and performance

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 5 year of denal office management experience.
Proven leadership or team coordination in either professional or personal settings
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
A proactive mindset with a desire to lead, coach, and support team members
Ability to adapt to new systems and technologies quickly
