Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality support to the dentist during procedures, ensure patient comfort, and help maintain a clean and organized work environment. This role is essential to delivering excellent patient care and ensuring efficient dental operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare treatment rooms for dental procedures by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary materials are ready.
Assist the dentist during procedures such as fillings, crowns, extractions, and root canals, dental implants.
Take dental X-rays as needed.
Record patient medical and dental histories accurately.
Provide patients with post-operative instructions and oral hygiene advice.
Manage infection control protocols, including sterilizing and disinfecting instruments and surfaces.
Maintain dental supply inventory and order materials when necessary.
Ensure a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Completion of a Dental Assistant program (preferred).
CPR/BLS certification (preferred or required).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand or sit for long periods.
Manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
